November was a very busy month – spent a week in New York and attended Ad:Tech NYC. It was great to catch up with old friends and meet some new ones in the tech space. My focus has been on the film projects over the last year since leaving Rare Method, and I missed quite a few of the digital events that I was attending in the past. Things have been coming along great with Engageia – our team is working with a handful of startup clients as well as a couple of social strategy and rollouts. We have also managed to secure some more great relationships with private bankers in NYC and are looking forward to working with them as partners in some of our ventures.
I wanted to invite my readers who are interested in the technology and startup space to join our Engageia group on LinkedIn - The group has been growing quickly and I am honored to have so many thought leaders contributing to the conversations.
We also had the pleasure of meeting John Furey the author of “It’s All About Time” after he spoke at Ad:Tech. I love meeting thought leaders and he sure is one of them! I highly suggest that everyone takes a look at what he is up to, it’s a great way to look at how to put together an effective, innovative and collaborative team through looking at the phycology of how the individuals involved relate to time… Theres a pretty cool test you can take at www.mindtimemaps.com too. Takes a few minutes and highly worth the time:-)
That’s the month in review, I could share how happy I am about my 2.5 year divorce finally coming to an end, but that’s another conversation all-together…
Happy holidays and email me if we can work together!
